If you forgot your password, cannot receive a verification code or cannot sign in, use Google’s official recovery process.

Use a familiar device and browser when possible.
Answer the questions as accurately as you can.
Use a recovery email address or phone number already associated with the account.
Never share your password or verification codes with anyone.

Google controls the recovery process. Android FRP Help cannot recover an account on your behalf.
